Sam Myers

Sam is a creative and passionate artist with 5 years of experience in tattooing.
His passion for art began at a young age, and he eventually found his way into the world of tattooing after completing his fine arts degree.

After graduating from Western Illinois University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking and Painting, he pursued an apprenticeship with Lincoln Tattoo Company in Macomb, IL. It was here he began his journey of taking his artwork from paper to the human body. He has since honed his craft and developed a unique style that encompasses traditional and modern tattooing techniques.

In 2022 Sam had the honor of becoming a part of the Good Heart Tattoo family. Good Heart Tattoo has been not only a place to work but also somewhere to expand his knowledge of the craft and grow as an artist and a person. He is inspired by his colleagues at Good Heart to provide not only amazing tattoos but also an amazing atmosphere where clients feel comfortable coming back again and again.

He strives to make sure his clients have a clean, enjoyable, and safe tattoo experience. He enjoys tattooing in a range of styles from the bright and bold classics to delicate black and gray. When he isn’t tattooing he enjoys exploring nature with his amazing wife and three wonderful children.
